Unless we want to have two separate tokens for security reasons (different set of permissions, etcetera). I would rather just have a single token and move everything to `GH_TOKEN`. Yes, this is a breaking change for committers that will have to update their local token for the merge script but I think is worth the simplicity. I wouldn't strongly oppose to having two: `ARROW_GITHUB_API_TOKEN` and `GH_TOKEN` but I feel is not really necessary. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
