The compiler bugfix was [just released](https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/Code-optimization-bug-SIMD-std::vector/10912292#T-ND10937550) by Microsoft and it will need another update of the GHA runner image (the latest update was to 17.14.8, which doesn't have the fix). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
