I think in the C Data Interface (on import) Schema is bundled with the data, so that will probably fail. In any case, I will not block this change. Would maybe suggest to make it clear in the Enum docstrings which types are actually not supported in PyArrow, yet =) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
