Do we still need `ci/scripts/integration_skyhook.sh`? This script is used `debian-cpp` part in the `docker-compose.yaml`. https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/2cf52b49eb00848b0a2bc840df8df9ab389cb525/docker-compose.yml#L342-L373 But `ARROW_SKYHOOK=ON` is used by `test-skyhook-integration` in the `dev/tasks/tasks.yml`.
