I'm now able to use the `aws s3api` cli with the range option - this wasn't working yesterday (per the linked issue about) but now it is. Using this crate, and tweaking it to not include `range` in the canonical headers, still doesn't work / works, which says to me this isn't an issue with my keys / authentication (as normal SignatureDoesNotMatch errors would imply). I've noticed now that updating things regressed my awscli version back to 1.42.19, and this works there, but it does not work with 2.28.16.
