Does it make sense to enable Dependabot for dependencies of a library? That would mean that consumers always need to update to the latest versions in their applications whenever they update Arrow, which might sometimes cause problems. It makes sense to me to enable Dependabot for GitHub actions, and maybe for the test projects, but we might want to be more conservative about updating dependencies of the Arrow libraries. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
