Thinking about it, the driver manager when built in Python doesn't go through CMake and consequently doesn't pick up the flag. We can patch this, but also maybe the Conda version of the driver manager should rely on the shared library version perhaps for consistency. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
