This has been mostly inconsequential, as it just uses the version of `R/arrowExports.R` that already exists. But it must have run at some point otherwise it would presumably fail every time we have a PR which touches something which causes `R/arrowExports.R` to need to update on that particular PR for the package to build on Windows on CI, and it's just that that hasn't happened since it first started segfaulting, whenever that was. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
