@lidavidm @kou I've addressed the GitHub actions comments. I've noticed that the previous run of vcpkg action failed because it couldn't download a vcpkg tool. I've seen this with previous versions of vcpkg where some mirror links are no longer working. Wonder if the GitHub action should use latest vcpkg?
