Thanks for raising the issue. I've validated those are indeed missing from wheels at least I've checked those two from PyPI: - `pyarrow-23.0.0-cp314-cp314-manylinux_2_28_x86_64.whl` - `pyarrow-23.0.0-cp314-cp314-win_amd64.whl` I've validated they are present on the source distribution (`pyarrow-23.0.0.tar.gz`). Apart from fixing this we should add a validation step on our wheels test to validate both `LICENSE.txt` and `NOTICE.txt` are present on the built wheels so we don't miss them anymore. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
