Perhaps we should have a `web` named feature flag, and not automatically assume that `wasm32-unknown-unknown` will be run in the browser? E.g. https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-rs uses `wasm32-unknown-unknown` as a compilation target while I'm _guessing_ it doesn't provide web primitives (though I don't know for sure) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
