Updated the TestFileWriterTotalBytes and TestFileWriterTotalBytesBuffered byte-count assertions to match the new encoding (340->332, 799->783, 494->482, 1139->1115). The 8 and 16 byte drops are exactly the per-RowGroup savings from skipping the unconditional 0-distinct-count writes. `go test ./parquet/pqarrow/... ./parquet/metadata/...` passes locally. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
