Closing as resolved by [gcc#125312](https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=125312) -> [msys2/MINGW-packages#29502](https://github.com/msys2/MINGW-packages/pull/29502#issuecomment-4461726767) (merged May 15 and rebuilt) and then Arrow CI workaround reverted with #49945 (merged May 16). [Arrow tests now pass on current MSYS2](https://github.com/apache/arrow/actions/runs/25937291262/job/76296127141#step:5:109).
