In https://conbench.arrow-dev.org/compare/runs/59df3aafd5584192a7f48d0d2c3c2286...12fb563a70924c9d8d64e011a2bfcaf0/ we see that ARROW_FORCE_INLINE yields sizeable wins on some benchmarks.
