Regarding: `3. migrate to ccache + apache/infrastructure-actions/stash as we did on mainline CI` Would this actually work? As I understand: - crossbow uses a separate/unique branch for each run - builds don't run in main - Therefore, due to stash's scoping, the runs would never have a cache "hit" \* [stash](https://github.com/apache/infrastructure-actions/blob/main/stash/README.md) "[f]ollows the same search scope as actions/cache, will look for the cache in the current workflow, current branch and finally the base branch of a PR" -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
