Thanks @jordanisaacs and @senzzzi -- this makes sense to me I agree it would be nice to have a streaming put API in light of your descriptions I think in my mind the features would be: 1. Minimal disruption to the existing APIs (ideally it would be additive to the API, and not a breaking semver API change) 2. Clear documentation about limitations (e.g. retries) and the tradeoffs for each path (e.g. is there write coalescing for the streaming put API)? 3.
