Adding this new parameter before the existing `use_content_defined_chunking`
parameter changes the meaning of positional `ParquetWriter` calls: a caller
that previously passed the CDC option positionally will now pass it as
`bloom_filter_options`. Append the new keyword to the end of the existing
parameter list to preserve positional compatibility.
