Follow-up for https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/issues/9031. # Rationale for this change This change removes the feature flag alias that was left in for major version 60. This closes fully the issue mentioned, as a follow up of #10239. # What changes are included in this PR? Simply removes the old feature flag. Consumers still relying on it will fail at compile time as the flag doesn't exist. ``` the package `parquet` does not have feature `flate2-rust_backened` ``` Removing the old flag should remind users to pick a backend, prompting them with the correct flag. # Are these changes tested? N/A # Are there any user-facing changes?
