This was fixed by #45330 (GH-37630), which added `operator==` to `TaggedRecordBatch` in `cpp/src/arrow/dataset/scanner.h`. The reprex above compiles against Arrow 20.0.0 and later (note that `ScanBatches()` returns a `Result`, so it needs `.ValueOrDie()` before iterating).
