Opened #11398 to move the dictionary cast tests (28 tests) into the `cast` integration suite. Behavior-preserving, no prod change. Dictionary tests that are specific to decimal, byte-view, or run-array casts stay with those groups. Could a maintainer please tick off the completed items in the checklist (establish target, initial group, map, list / list-view), and dictionary once #11398 merges?
