### Rationale for this change The binary view dictionary builder copied every memo table entry as a string, so the null entry came out as an empty string. ### What changes are included in this PR? - `cpp/src/arrow/array/dict_internal.h` ### Are these changes tested? A regression test in `cpp/src/arrow/compute/kernels/vector_hash_test.cc` fails without the change and passes with it; the surrounding test module/binary passes. ### Are there any user-facing changes?
