The problem IIRC is that the package we produced (which is on GitHub at [https://www.nuget.org/packages/Apache.Arrow.Adbc.Testing](https://www.nuget.org/packages/Apache.Arrow.Adbc.Testing)) was built on Linux and was configured not to build the net472 target unless on Windows.
