Fixed-size binary arrays currently use `GenericInProgressArray`, so completing a coalesced batch goes through `concat`. This shows up in the [sparse take benchmarks](https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/pull/11174#issuecomment-6275102004) after removing the indexed coalescing gate, as discussed [here](https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/pull/11174#discussion_r4321676862).
