# Which issue does this PR close? - Closes #11607 # Rationale for this change Described in the issue. # What changes are included in this PR? - Keep field names, metadata and nullability when filtering, interleaving and decoding rows. - Match decoded child types when row conversion expands dictionary values. - Use Arrow's `RunArray::<_>::new_unchecked` constructor with validated run ends to avoid extra array conversions. - Keep nested batch schemas valid and preserve run-end overflow errors. # Are these changes tested? - Yes. The issue's reproducible steps were used as a harness to do a before and after test. - Tests have also been added to prevent future regression. - The entire test suite for the repo was ran to ensure no side effects or regression happened. # Are there any significant user-facing changes?
