I haven't confirmed this against the cloud stores. The case I reproduced is with `InMemory`: passing `W/"1"` for an object tagged `"1"` returns the object instead of `NotModified`. `LocalFileSystem` uses the same helper. The change handles client-supplied weak validators in those local checks; it doesn't change how the cloud backends evaluate the forwarded headers. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
