@raulcd I'm going through old `Type: bug` issues. This one is `pa.int64().to_pandas_dtype()` raising `ModuleNotFoundError` without pandas on 13.0.0, because `_to_pandas_dtype` went through `_PandasAPIShim.is_v1()` after #35656; your #50444 (dropping pandas < 2.0.3, merged 2026-07-09) removed that call, so `to_pandas_dtype()` is numpy-only again on main.
