I'd like a scope/impact clarification both in PR description as well as via a bit more expressive/explicit tests. Example - timestamp(ms) values spanning 1970 would show the pre-epoch case directly. The description also mentions TIME64, but valid time-of-day values cannot be negative, so it would help to distinguish the affected types from those that only share the implementation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
