# Which issue does this PR close? - Closes #5208 # Rationale for this change `Array::logical_nulls` clones the physical `NullBuffer` even when callers only need to read it. # What changes are included in this PR? Return `Cow<NullBuffer>`, borrowing existing buffers and owning computed logical masks. Update callers accordingly. # Are these changes tested? Adds coverage that physical masks are borrowed and computed masks are owned. # Are there any significant user-facing changes?
