@pitrou I'm going through old `Type: bug` issues. The CA-bundle option you
suggested here now exists: `S3Options::tls_ca_file_path` was added in #43601
(19.0.0) and exposed in Python as `S3FileSystem(tls_ca_file_path=...)` in
#45881 (21.0.0), which replaces the `SSL_CERT_FILE` workaround for
localstack/Minio endpoints with custom certificates. Are you happy for me to
close this as fixed?
