Rich-T-kid opened a new pull request, #11922:
URL: https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/pull/11922

   ## Why

A RustSec advisory database update causes the merge queue's `cargo-audit`
job to fail on `zstd 0.13.3` and `zstd-safe 7.2.4`, blocking unrelated PRs.

These versions come from tonic 0.14's zstd feature, which is enabled for the
Flight SQL CLI. Tonic's codec uses `zstd::stream::read::{Encoder,
Decoder}::new`; it does not use the borrowed-context, seekable, or
write-decoder APIs affected by the three blocking advisories.

   ## What changed

   Ignore `RUSTSEC-2026-0391`, `RUSTSEC-2026-0398`, and `RUSTSEC-2026-0403` in
the audit workflow until tonic updates to zstd 0.14.

   ## Results

Before, `cargo-audit audit` exits with three vulnerabilities. With the
targeted ignores, it succeeds; the existing informational warnings remain
allowed.

   ## Test coverage

   - `cargo-audit audit --ignore RUSTSEC-2026-0391 --ignore RUSTSEC-2026-0398
--ignore RUSTSEC-2026-0403`
   - Pre-push `cargo fmt`, workspace Clippy, and typos checks
