`InProgressBooleanArray::copy_rows_by_filter_from` currently calls the general filter kernel, materializing temporary value and validity buffers before immediately copying them into the coalescer's builders. Filter the source bitmaps directly into the builders now that #11867 supports appending packed words to `NullBufferBuilder`. The specialized path should preserve sliced bitmap offsets, null filter entries being treated as false, and lazy output validity for inputs without actual nulls.
