The merge queue run ([40348506028](https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/actions/runs/40348506028)) dropped this PR because the `audit` job failed. cargo-audit is reporting new RustSec advisories against `zstd`/`zstd-safe` (RUSTSEC-2026-0391, -0398, -0403 and others), so any PR entering the queue right now will hit the same failure.
