# Which issue does this PR close? - Closes #11956 # Rationale for this change Arrow 61 is the next breaking release. These APIs have been deprecated since Arrow 28 or earlier, and their replacements are already available. # What changes are included in this PR? - Remove `FixedSizeBinaryArray::try_from_sparse_iter`; the existing `TryFrom<Vec<Option<&[u8]>>>` implementation now infers the width and delegates to `try_from_sparse_iter_with_size`. - Remove the 45 deprecated module-level enum constants from the generated IPC bindings. The corresponding associated constants remain. The audit also found the older `dict_id` APIs and Parquet `BIT_PACKED`; #11956 explains why those need separate treatment. # Are these changes tested? Existing fixed-size binary tests cover nullable, all-null, and mismatched-width inputs. Existing IPC tests compile and exercise the generated bindings. # Are there any significant user-facing changes?
