This is ready. I think that we should use `INTERFACE` instead of `OBJECT` + manual configurations for `*_testing` CMake targets. If we use `INTERFACE`, we don't need to set manual configurations because `INTERFACE` CMake targets use configurations of dependencies automatically. We need to build the same source files multiple times with `INTERFACE` but it's not a problem with `ccache`.
