Review Comment:
Simplified the regression to the existing Decimal128 test and removed the
helper and four wrappers. Both the input and expected arrays now use precision
6 and scale 2. The masking threshold remains 5.
The baseline fails because masking resets the type to Decimal128(38, 10).
The repair passes the same assertion. Array equality checks metadata,
coefficients and nulls.
