Thank you for your interest in contributing to arrow-rs. I am closing this PR, along with the other open PRs from this account, as it does not appear to meet the expectations of our [AI generated submissions policy](https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md#ai-generated-submissions). In particular, that policy asks contributors to only submit a PR if they are able to debug and own the changes themselves, and to engage with reviewer feedback. Previous PRs from this account were closed pending confirmation that there is a human in the loop (see #11209), and the pattern of submissions since then has not changed. I am sorry, but we simply do not have the bandwidth to review all of these PRs. Maintainer review time is the scarcest resource in this project, and we need to spend it on contributions where the author is able to work through the review with us.
