The `AltrepArrayPrimitive` class now marks the altrep object as immutable.
This makes this "a bad idea" to call `
Dataptr(writeable = TRUE)` on it, and it should rather be accessed
read-only.
However, if we make this an error, this fails in many many places, including
`identical()` so we can't do that.
