@westonpace @lidavidm I added more unit tests using mock file system, and there are still some modifications I am not quite sure if they fit (the cmake change and the added `virtual` for `DoReadAt` in `io::BufferReader`), could you please help to review? Additionally, it seems my latest commit failed the CI build, I checked out the CI output, it says something like "inconsistent dll linkage" under Windows env but I didn't see any detailed info there, and I don't have a Windows env for verification, do you have any clue how I can fix it?
