Pushed a PR that fixes a bug in the handling of `ColumnLevelDecoder::read` w.r.t ranges. This is an area of the traits that I'm currently not very happy with and largely stems from preserving the ability to pass `[i32]` to `ColumnLevelDecoderImpl`, which have no state about where they've been written up until and so need this to be passed in.
