Continuing work on #12531. Activate the opt-in Bootstrap5 template and add the pkgdown built-in search functionality. The multi-level menu to select articles from the navigation bar was found to break the navigation bar and is replaced by the default setting of pkgdown. It seems that extra.js, which realized the arrow package version selector at the time of bs3, cannot handle bs5, and both the version selector and search bar are currently not functioning. **ToDo** - [ ] Fix extra.js -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
