bullet03 opened a new pull request, #21731:

   - add guard expressions to fix-menu.js and page-nav.js since they execute 
code connected with side menu (page-nav menu). Both files are attached in head 
section and are present on each page. Homepage doesn't have side menu, but code 
still tries to run and mistakes are shown on console.
