When calling to the [List self-hosted runners for an organization](https://docs.github.com/en/rest/actions/self-hosted-runners#list-self-hosted-runners-for-an-organization) GET function to retrieve the registered self-hosted runners, there is no way to filter by Runner Group. So we get all the self-hosted runners and here in this function we are getting the runners that has the label `beam`.
