### What needs to happen? Currently, our HDFS performance tests pull an image made by a former contributor 5 years ago and no longer maintained: https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/8ec0568d12d495e83719848fe23c2474177b009d/.test-infra/kubernetes/hadoop/LargeITCluster/hdfs-multi-datanode-cluster.yml#L80 We also have other k8s scripts pulling thrid-party images that is likely not receiving maintenance throughout `.test-infra`.
