Added a push trigger, as requested in a similar PR "https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/26968#discussion_r1213572366";; 2. Added "issue_comment" trigger, which allows you to start a workflow from a comment in a PR; 3. Added scheduled cron trigger that will run every 6 hours (in jenkins cron job it ran "H H/6 * * *"); 4. line 17 condition OR, required for checking the triggers: for PR, comment in PR 'Run Go PreCommit', cron ------------------------ Thank you for your contribution!
