Hi @clayburn, we also did the same with[ #28198](https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/28198) as a test run just to see if the the first run has any issues. In your PR i see that you added env to specific steps. Here we thought its better to add it to workflow env just to simply make it more part of the skeleton itself.
