@liferoad @ahmedabu98 Moving this out of draft status, ready for review. I did not change handling of HttpErrors because they are different from GoogleAPICallError exceptions. Exceptions from `apitools.base.py.exceptions` do not provide a reason value. I'm thinking we probably don't want to maintain a mapping from HttpError codes into usable reasons and the apitools library is deprecated, too. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
