Thanks! The reason for the flakiness is due to the StartTime value in ReadChangeStreamRequest. There might be a discrepancy between the system time on the client and the server, such that the stream start time set by the client is in the "future". See the PR description for an example. Unless the server implements an API to validate time, I don't think we will be able to wait on an expected scenario. I recognize this is an imperfect solution and sleep often is code smell but I think this is the best compromise.
