`docker buildx` is needed for multiarch `:sdks:go:container`, but simple `docker` is needed for python and java container tasks. I tried to use `docker buildx` only, but it doesn't push images for python and java even with `-Ppush-containers` flag. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
