In this PR the stale cleaner is implemented as a cronjob inside github actions. After running this script locally for some weeks, I chose some prefixes that look generated with a UUID and added them as a test for deleting those pubsup topics as they are considered stale after existing for more than 24 hours. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
