Thanks, this change is good. The latest Gradle is 8.14.x that supports up to Java24 (to run Gradle). On the oteher hand, Gradle 8.4 can already build and run Java25 classes through forking option (see https://docs.gradle.org/8.4/javadoc/org/gradle/api/JavaVersion.html, also tested java 25 EA locally) that may be sufficient for #35627 .
